Office Policy
Updated December, 2022 by The Center for Optimum Living, LLC.

-
Please be on time for your appointment so you can receive the benefit of the full time set aside for you.

-
Payment and re-scheduling are to be completed before, or at the start of each session or Wisdom Dialogue group series.

-
To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, notification of cancellation for any reason must be received no later than 6 pm on the night prior to your appointment. If you cancel after 6 pm, you will be responsible for the fee for the time reserved for you, unless there is someone on our waiting list who can take your appointment time, or if we have an opening on that same day into which you transfer.

-
973-838-8375 can be called 24 hours a day. If your call cannot be answered, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

-
Please park your car up in our driveway but not in front of the garage doors. If you must park on the street, be sure to do so on our side only – leaving ample space at the mailbox for postal deliveries. The parking spots directly across the street belong to our neighbors, and are unavailable. Nor is parking permitted by our neighbor’s steep driveway entrances.

-
Please drive slowly and carefully through the streets of this neighborhood. This is a residential area without sidewalks. Children use the streets along with bicyclists, runners and walkers.

-
You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy some tea in the comfort of our waiting room.
